- Please be advised that May 1 is the official deadline to file the Statement of Financial Interest (SFI) Form for Calendar Year 2025. However, filings submitted on or before May 31 will still be accepted without penalty.
- The Statement of Financial Interest Form has been revised and updated. All individuals required to file are advised to utilize the new form for all future submissions. The form is available on this website under the “Forms” section in the menu.
