Procurement Appeals

Procurement appeals reviewed by the CNMI Office of the Public Auditor provide an independent process for resolving disputes related to government procurement decisions. Through this process, the Office evaluates whether procurement laws, regulations, and procedures were properly followed. Procurement appeal decisions help ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability in the Commonwealth’s public procurement system.

DISCLAIMER: The Office of the Public Auditor no longer decides procurement appeals for outside agencies. Parties seeking to file procurement-related appeals should contact the appropriate agency or entity.
